Whoa, where did this come from?

In comparison to "The Solar Rim" this is good, high quality trance, that I could listen to for a while. It's downtempo and a few of those build-ups could have been saved, but it's good. I really enjoyed this, I think you deserve a good grade on this.
Trance is part production though, and your drums are too far in the back and too weak for this song. The snare is too strong, and the bass is not punchy enough to get through the speakers I am on, and Trance needs bass. Almost a 5 too.

Sorry, but one pad does not a song make.

I have to say this does sound cool, but it is far more ambient than trance. Get more drums and bass! If you add the rest of the stuff, you could bulid upon this to make it awesome, but it's got way too long an intro that is not clear enough. It's okay, but it's kinda bland. You are lucky I listened to it to the drums part, otherwise your score would have been way lower.

Forgive Me Pandora Tranquil

I don't average my scores, because there are intangibles that make things good or bad. This is way to slow for the style. It's head-bobby, but it's nothing special. No offense to you, I can hear the trance and I could get tranced with this. But as someone else said another 15 BPM would really give it the umph it needs.
As for the effort, you could have gone another 30 seconds of build up.

Pandora-Tranquil responds:

Yea, I suppose I should speed it up, I think I was experimenting with this one because im trying to find the perfect tempo for an actual dance you'd hear at a club (I never do dance music).

But yea, thanks for the constructive criticism

lmao nice review title

Good, but repetative

As others have said, this has a great mood and stuff, but it's way to repetative. Not repetative enough to not be enjoyable though. You are lucky I round up.

kolj responds:

I think a Trancetrack has to be repetative. Most Trance dures 6 minutes or longer.

Everybody thanks for voting a 5/5 =D

No polish, but awesome sound.

I really enjoy this, it really crawls along in the beginning, and you have this soulful clean solo that makes me think of something Pink Floyd would do without so much reverb.
I think that the distortion part could have been with some light drums, or a bass or something. This thing could have a lot of potential if you polished it up. Good work though all in all.

Good tone and playing man.

Spine Tingly Good.

I do believe this is one of the better short Trance pieces I have ever heard. I love the melodies, the beat and the quotes. It sent shivers up my spine. Good work, I hope to hear some more new stuff.

DjEagle responds:

haha thanks man :)

Er.... It's okay.

Be happy I bumped you up. It's a nice loop and remix. But it's REALLLY REALLY repetative. Although that it good for trance I think that the lead is way to bright to get anyone into a trance. It's got some good drums, but could have used a little bit of work in the repetition department.

Good!

Very peaceful, nice sounds, reminds me of that fight. Love it.

Bass = Me, You Wanker!

I know you gave me credit you crazed German bastard, but I just had to say that. Now everyone who sees this review will have to see that!

HAH! Now, the mixing was well, I already knew I liked the playing. The lead goes a bit weird at some point, but it works awesomely, just like a gay man in heat. Now, thanks for making my bass more audible. I can hear the clinkin' of it. ^_^

DarKsidE555 responds:

Haha, damn. I totally forgot that you got an NG account around here you cunt!

Your bass sucks and you know best! >: (

LSJFLKSDJF! I also lolled back there. lol. Thanks for da reviewz!

Really good! But...

Not bad, not bad. I liked this when I played bass for it, but I will remain neutral. The bass is a TAD quiet, but other than that it's not too bad at all. The guitar playing is superb and the tone is excellent. The tune is a recognizable one, and I love your use of the Wah effect during that "breakdown" section! Good work man!

DarKsidE555 responds:

I fixed you know. ;)

You sure do. hehe. Glad you like the waaaahness dude. Thanks for the making the bass again! \m/
